Oxidation melting casting
Casting method
Physical and chemical indexes of ramming material
Ordinary casting
The bricks cast by this process have normal shrinkage holes and are often used in the upper structure of the furnace, and can also be used in the part that contacts the glass.
Densiform pouring
Densification casting is also called strengthening casting, which increases the height of the casting mouth so that the casting can get more dense parts. The brick is often used in the wall of the melting furnace.
Inclined casting
The shrinkage cavity of the brick cast by this process is concentrated at one end of the brick, and the other end is dense, which is mostly used for the pool wall.
Quasi-shrinkage-free casting
Quasi-shrinkage-free casting is vertical casting, and its casting size is larger than the required size. The shrinkage cavity is mainly concentrated at the upper end. After annealing, the shrinkage cavity part at the upper end is cut off, and the rest is quasi-shrinkage-free brick of the required size. Therefore, the lower part of the brick is very dense and is mostly used for pool wall.
Shrinkage-free casting
Shrinkage-free casting is vertical casting, the casting size is larger than the required size, the shrinkage is concentrated on the upper end, the shrinkage part of the upper end is cut off after annealing, and the rest is shrinkage-free brick of the required size. Therefore, the brick is very dense and is mostly used for pool wall and liquid hole.
